it does has, but only the truck doesnt, its actually strange to =P

i used debug, and gave me full research , when the ai was T1 , and they were able to buy Dragon armored trucks XD
... where did all the good ol classic ai's gone to? Turtle AI , Super AI

The AI does, but there was a bug that caused it to use the human player's designs... It's been fixed now; no biggie.
