Re: selecting defenses
Yeah, I wasn't arguing in favor, at least as a base game change. Maybe a mod would be best.

Re: selecting defenses
It can't be done as a mod, sadly.

Re: selecting defenses
Oh. That is quite unfortunate.

Re: selecting defenses
I just want to control a defense structure, thats all.Oh and pls can we add a control option too? like i am building artillery but they start fire right away and get killed before i finish building the group.Id like them to remain still till i finish building and only fire when i allow to.
... oh i just had another brilliant small idea, how about a small support structure that increases rof of the buildings near it or adds damage.lets say in area of 1.

Re: selecting defenses
You can keep them from shooting by building the sensor last, since sensors always have to be closer to their targets than the arty they control.

Re: selecting defenses
They only fire on things they see, or things that sensors see. In other words, if a MG bunker sees a unit, a arty emplacement/pit won't fire on it.

Re: selecting defenses
I noticed sometimes my arty helps my battle group, altough it is out of sensor range, and I have no sensors there.Assault Gunner wrote:They only fire on things they see, or things that sensors see. In other words, if a MG bunker sees a unit, a arty emplacement/pit won't fire on it.

Re: selecting defenses
Really? I don't think it's supposed to do that... Strange.

Yes, I think it is a bug, but I don't have enough info to report it.Assault Gunner wrote:Really? I don't think it's supposed to do that... Strange.
