can there be option to make it so no one can disable that lazer sky zapper? that way its always turned on? and we can use it

You mean Laser Satellite?
Try this mod.
It can be disabled in limits menu.

It cannot be disabled. It is always enabled. You just need to research it.
I don't understand. What do you want?

Now I am guessing with everything that can be done about LS:
You want to have more than 1 LS?
You want to have faster recharge time on LS?
You want to have LS enabled at beggining of game?
You want to have stronger LS?

Tell me what you want and I'll post mod with that.
I made about 20 diffrent mods that change Laser Satellite.

No, LS isn't disabled.
Who said that?
Only thing that was talked about is making limiting LS possible, and I did it.
But you can build it.
