New graphics engine

i know i'm going off-topic but me and a friend were planning on exploring UE3 as an RTS platform.

Hrm, I don't see anything about OS support on UE3. Remember, we need to support Windows, Mac, and Linux.

ive always considered other operating systems a bonus, but i do believe wz 2100 supports the 3 big os.
the largest wz steam community http://steamcommunity.com/groups/wz2100 (all welcome to join help find matches find new relese and recruit new players)

...yes, it does, but the question is whether or not it would if we switched to UE3.

Furthermore, support for at least Windows/Mac/Linux is not a "bonus", it is effectively a requirement. We would lose a significant proportion of our developers and users if we dropped support for even one of them.

Yeh, and a bit of countersteering against the WindowsGamingWorld is not bad at all. It's always nice to see that there are developers bringing new games to linux and mac os x. :)
