game crash

i played a lot 2.2.4 version with no problems and i've just downloaded the new version 3.1 beta
when i try to host i click in the buttom that takes to the building limits and it crashes saying to send this log info:
error |03:20:56: [openLoadFile] file wrf/limiter_tex.wrf could not be opened: File not found
error |03:20:56: [openLoadFile] Assert in Warzone: frame.c:310 (!"unable to open file"), last script event: '<none>'
feature |03:20:56: [resLoad] Could not open file wrf/limiter_tex.wrf
edit: also happens in skirmish mode
