I don't know why. but everytime I start a new skirmish or new campaign it starts me off with whatever research I had completed already threw out the whole game.

Its cool blasting scavengers with heavy cannons... But thats just wrong.

don't know if its supposed to be doing this at all.

2.2.3. Fresh install.

It only seems to do this when I go into the options to edit what building I can limit, Only I dont change anything and click on "Default" or the X. And it seems to do that.

Note to self, dont touch the red button.

And you are certain that you're not accidentally starting games in T2 or T3?
