Does the Rocketslow research modifie the mini-rocket ?

Does the Rocket research modifie the slow rockets (lancer, etc.) ?

depends on if mini-rockets are considered "slow rockets" -- should be able to look it up in weapons.txt, but, iirc, only rocket and missile were used to any great degree, and all others rocket/missile types maybe had 1 or 2 instances if any at all.
