Since the Openbittorrent tracker seems down at the moment, I've made new torrents with more trackers. If those seeding could use the new torrents (or add http://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce http://www.h33t.com:3310/announce http://tracker.torrentbox.com:2710/announce to their torrents) that would be very nice.

Erm, if this is so important, why not just upload it to Gna or sf? o_O

Maybe the Guide. If Kamaze complains about the bandwidth costs, I can move it over to my own server, but right now I don't have a copy (0 seeds 0 peers).

I registered a new project on SourceForge and I'm uploading the lossless AVIs right now. I think it will take while, untill it's done... :)

The project can be found here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/warzone2100-csp

I'm willing to manage the project for a looong time, if needed. So... well, just wait 'till it's up! :)

BTW: I had 5 seeds and 6 peers right now for the 2.2.2 vids... ;)

Umm... that's kind of overboard... but okay. :/

Yeah, I eventually found seeds; I was probably one of your five seeds. ;)

Looks like all links to that gna site which included the original rpl files is not accessible...

Can they be uploaded i.e. to a WZ git repo like we have with sequences?

This would enable easier use to update any part of the process. from start to finish:
Take orig RPL files -> Use rpl2avi converter -> (outputs to AVIs uncompressed) -> re-encode AVIs with ffmpeg etc, -> new sequences.

The rpl2avi converter in itself is quite a hack from reading the details and source code, so could even start with fixing that up firstly.

This task/process will be re-iterated many times, for things like upscaling projects or moving into a new codec backend ( i.e. VP9 or AV1 )

Seems it might be hard to get hold of those HD 3D animation source files, even if everybody wants them but that would be the ideal.
