I don't understand what you are trying to do. If you want to edit existing animations, there is no problem. If you want to add new animations, you will probably encounter some issues that need to be resolved in the source code. I cannot be a whole lot more precise than this because it has been a while since I looked at this code.astorian wrote:If i understand you correctly the files in anims folder are used. The frame animation is makable from my side and i mean the pie including textured frame objects, connectors, tags, and all a animation pie needs.
I can import existing frameanimations to blender and edit them and export for testing. Then edit the .ani file so that it calls the frame added/removed objects correctly.
I think the milliseconds between frames could be also edited.
But if i don't understand you correctly, does it mean to edit the source code?

Just wanted to warn you about the gate mod. I don't think it works for 2.2.*, because it worked fine for me up until 2.1.3 (or one of them), and when I upgraded versions it just stopped working. That was on linux though, and mods always seem less cooperative on here then on Windows.
Unless he updated it in the last 4-5 weeks.
Try taking that mod out and see what happens.
BTW: I have been getting some random CTD with this. Not entirely sure if its just the game, or the mod (though its the only mod I'm using currently), because I think I had it happen a few times after I turned the mod off. Might post a bug report in a few days after I can get a idea what I'm doing that's causing it, or a save game.
