Ehhhh I'm have one qustion WHERE I'm download map editor  ;D

It's released unter the GPL, but the author of this 'updated' MapEditor is afaik not available.
So, we don't even have the source. Just as a information.

actually the instructions for the world editor are inside the file already - as a .chm file.

failing that they can be read here!! ;D

I've both copy and pasted and extracted the files from the zip into c:/windows/system32 and c/windows/system32/dllcache, restarted windows and reinstalled the program to no avail. It still says it's unable to locate MFC71.dll.

In the .dlls you provided I see a MFC71d.dll however no MFC71.dll

Eh, fixed it. Did a quick google of the .dll. Be careful, if you download the wrong .dll it could be spy ware. But I don't think the spy ware works in the sys32 folder. Anyways, just going off the report...
