Hehe, the amount of rearming pads in your base is mind numbing :D

* OOPS... sorry, such a tease, shame on me, heh. ;)

* Do your friendly set-up as in a perfect theater set-piece (units, structs, camera angle, location, etc... in D-Bug, natch) ..... then slow gameplay (ctrl + -) to .1 or whatever slow-mo you want.... (Course have your screen cap prog running & set for hot-key cap in the background - I use the latest ver of HyperSnap)... then go ctrl + o to switch player to enemy..... then place enemy units-structs in the thick of ranged friendlies, clear command windows.... speed-up GP (cntrl + =) to let's say .3 .... watch for your perfect fire trails, explosions, etc.... then hot-key your cap prog trigger as quick as pleases your eye.

* With enemy units in control I also lock unto "Drive, Walk or Fly" FP PoV Mode (select unit, waypoint, then press Spacebar... can also be done with "Command Groupings" .... like a VTOL Squadron on Patrol.. pretty neat visuals... sometimes quite dizzying).... and this yields ever changeing FP camera angles... some of which are really interesting but very hard to achieve manually but a cinch in "Drive" mode.

* I also play with the FOG color & Gamma highlighting in D-Mode (ctrl + j, k, or l.... if I recall)

* That's it. Have fun, it really is a blast when you get into it as a "movie director". :)

............

* With this site down I started posting screens HERE

* I'll continue posting more screens there so I won't clutter this thread with ethusiastic effussions - plus I like to support that site as well.

* You'll see an example of the readily identifiable Exploding Debris mentioned earlier in the machinima technique reference.

* These also reflect the use of the most recent GrimArt.wz in the last GPL.

* These are all being done as pure in-game captures with absolutely NO gfx post processing - I only did? .jpg compression for the sake of fast bb loads.
