I especially like the design changes, I found it tedious that not all stats are displayed at the same time, since weight (both from bodies and weapons) have quite an influence on speed. Always having to click back and forth to see which change does what to the speed/etc. The division into weapon/artillery/system is also very useful, as well as the one seperating vehicle types.

Something that always was odd to me though, is the power bar, as it's not something finite, unlike the bar.

Here are some more ideas:

1. With your popup alerts on the left, either text or an icon should indicate what unit/structure is involved. For example, if it says Unit Destroyed, the icon might be of a plane or truck. Also, make notifications for Construction and Production Completed. When too many messages (5?) are displayed or one has been displayed for a while, it should fade away.

2. IMPORTANT! With selection boxes/menus such as research, manufacture, and transport, make a button that expands the box so you can see all pages at once. So now you have 5 columns instead of one. It would fill up the screen, but it's much easier than having to go through page by page. Just select your techs or units, then click the button to return to the normal view.

3. I don't quite understand your comparison graph on the design screen. Maybe you could fill me in as to what it means. Anyways, while you're on the design screen, why not make a separate VTOL reloading time stat?

4. Make sure most of the GUI (except the main icon panel and map) can be hidden if the player wants to.

Looking forward to hearing feedback and eventually using the new GUI.
