Easy, yes. Preferred, not quite. I think one of the deves will tell you why. I’m not quite sure of it my self. They just told me that it is better to make a short cut, then rename the target and stuff. Someone is bound to come in hear and explain why. I don’t want to give out any false information just by speculation.

I can't find a quick and dirty way to remove forever research from a level.

BUT ! I can multiply there cost by x100 :D

The mod is called ilu_2.3.7_research_T1V01.wz

You can get it trought :

in the same folder you will find a mod called ilu-2.3.7-research-D2-7-V01.wz which give close to free research at start but increase super high until it become crazy around T2.
Heretic 2.3 improver and proud of it.
