Hey look the often criticized, unofficial promoter/public relations guy is back with more warzone promoting for you guys to criticize
so first off i have posted a news article to moddb
http://www.moddb.com/games/warzone-2100 ... e-2100-235
i couldn't update the dl since i seem to have no authority anymore to that site so yea....
I also updated the unofficial(or official) warzone steam group that you should all join and ask to be admins
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/wz2100
I informed softonic about the 2.3.5 release even tho i think they dont update it.

As i have stated school has kept me from harming warzone too much by not being able to recruit players and developers but im trying to find a little bit of time to help(harm)
So what has everyone else been doing lately to spread the word that warzone is now free(there is a lot out there that is still rediscovering this game) and finding developers and organizing games.
So this is somthing that i did a few years back (2008) to see what we can and should do to help warzone publicity. Now that it is 2010 and many versions later lets see what we should do to get things in this department kick started again. So basicly what I am saying is what have you been doing and what should we do.
some of my ideas
-try to get all these websites that have outdated versions updated(this would make sure everyone on the same version online and have the latest and greatest experince)
-on developer communities ask around if there is anyone interested in helping out warzone development
-look into the indie/freeware online distribution service Desura
