Out of memory assigning research pre-requisities

Hi, i'm adding pre-requisites to researchs in the UKM Mod, but when i add news pre-requisite to Turbo-Charged Engine and Gas Turbine Engine, it gives me a runtime error 
How i can fix this?
There's a .ZIP folder containing the research and the pre-research:
