While you were all busy writing love-letters to Steve Jobs and threatening to maim Bill Gate's cat, I have been working on getting Warzone to one again build on OS X.

As of Changeset 5221 (see https://trac.mortis.eu/warzone/changeset/5221 ) Warzone successfully compiles and runs under OS X. Assuming that you have Bison 2.3 installed, that is.

This means that there will be a beta3 for OS X. (Although currently beta2 does not and will not build, due to it lacking the fixes in 5221).

(And, yes, by titling the topic the way that I did, I did insult myself. Get over it.)

If you've got a lust for stereotypes then I highly recommend the comedic stylings of stand-up George Carlin. Somewhat offensive, however, the majority of his act revolves around common (often il-conceived) stereotypes and I must say that he does an extremely good job of it. Not for the overly PC, faint of heart, mind you.

* George Carlin is one of my favorite comic (with R. Pryor). Have all his work. First fell in luv with his brand of humor way back when I first saw his "Hippy-Dippy" weatherman routine. Pryor"s Vegas concert with his heart-attack and catching fire routines are second to none in comedic power. Neither comic is for the faint hearted or for those who are strictly PC.

Second are you building using Mac OS X.5 or Mac OS X.4? I'm using Leopard and the build still always fails at the QuesoGLC part but it seems that it is because it keeps trying to build using Mac OS X.4 development libraries. I've installed everything off the Developer install including 10.3.9 stuff and getting nowhere fast.

Third, once you've gone Wookie it doesn't matter what humanoid gender you are you'll never go back.

Oh, and no we don't do it doggie style.
