Difficulty

Hi,
after I have begun a skirmish game I am often unsure whether I remembered to set the difficulty to insane.
The following would be useful:

1. On the options screen where it is already possible to set the Campaign difficulty, can you add a setting for default Skirmish difficulty?
2. On the screen in the game where you can see the other players details add the icons showing the difficulty level of each player.
