When you start a map, it lets you choose different AIs, and there is a brief description of each. But the only way I have found to know what an AI does is to start a new game -- there's no way to get any information during a replay, for example.
Are the different AI documented anywhere? It seems to be absent from the beta wiki. Google can find development discussions or announcements in the forums, but I am looking for the feature set of the current production version. Is there any other documentation besides the wiki?

Not really.
Nexus is a bot for beginners to train against.
SemperFi is a rush bot that focuses on the rocket path.
NullBot, and its variants Hover AI and Turtle AI, is an adaption bot that attempts to mimic human designs through adaption. Also features grouping movement.
Cobra and BoneCrusher can play on low and high oil and have some adaption mechanisms.
