About multiplayer ranks

The current multiplayer ranking causes too many misunderstandings. For example, a person could win easy Nexus AI 500 times and come to multiplayer with full ranks being a super-noob. I think a good ranking system should be like this:
The bottom star should, instead of listing how many times you've won, every time you've won should give you the following stats: enemy ranking / your ranking.
The middle star should not change.
The top star, instead of listing units killed, should work like:
(enemy ranking / your ranking) * percentage of units ever produced in this game killed by you.
and bronze star requires 4, silver star requires 10, gold star requires 30.
The chevrons should work like the bottom star, but every time you lose, you lose the following stats:
your ranking / enemy ranking.
The "ranking" of a player are determined by: 4 * top star stats + 4 * chevron stats + middle star stats + 2 * bottom star stats + 1.
Every AI should list their ranking as well. this could be done with the json file of the AI.
Winning the same AI on the same map with the same settings should not give rank.
