Hi

I am new playing this game and confused about few things.

1. How does radar detector tower work ?. Why i cant assign any artillery on it ?

2. Does howitzer arty worth to build ?, if plasma launcher and archangel missile are better.

3. Does cobra ai on insane difficulties cheat a lot ?. It seems that it use cheat that makes its unit tougher than normal.
