WZ doesn't work on my Pc

Hey guys! can someone help me pls?
i'm trying to install WZ, but when i run it, an error comes out, saying something about
So i did some research and i finded both of'em on my Pc... on C:Windows/system and C:Windows/system32 folders.
So I dunno what's going on, Wz doesn't start
plsss! how can i solve this ??
