I built the Satellite Uplink Center but when I click on it, nothing happens. I cant target anything or do anything. Am I missing something?

I saw another thread that said "click on Uplink center then target enemy building" but its not working.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Laser Sattelite Command Post structure is required. I know the naming of the Sattelite Uplink Center can be confusing, but that is the wrong building.

Uplink Center lets you see the whole map (as if God mode was on) with intel satellites, while the Command Post controls the weapon satellites.

Also I remember at first tyat I have to clear my cursor by right-clicking till it's an arrow. Then I can select laser and then target and vaporize.
