1. AI building an army of repair units and trucks and sending them to my base..
2. I cant seem to get Lancer in the skirmish..once i reserach lancers..they just arn,t there in the weapons list.

Are you sure you research the actual Lancer and not the "Rocket Autoloader" ? Both have the same picture and the Autoloader is early in the Tech Tree.

I thought i saw Lancer itself...but i will check again..I dont think autoloader should come first!!

Rocket Autoloader is now a Mini-Pod update, but still has a Lancer image and affects Lancer too.

Okk i checked ...seems like it was autoloader itself...but  i did continue the research and reserached allmostr the full tech tree and never found lancer...I could research them in the last stable version.

OK, this is a very odd solution
Uninstall and then delete the warzone 2100 folder, and then reinstall

Have you tried any mods?
