It really is pretty simple, once you have created a FORUM account, you are then free to make bug reports and/or create/edit content on the wiki.

hxxp://developer.wz2100.net/login <-- login FIRST with your forum credentials. Everything is case sensitive.
hxxp://developer.wz2100.net/newticket <-- is how you make a bug report.

The reason we had to do it this way was, we were getting tons & tons of spam from bots, and this is the only sane way we have to deal with bots.

Sorry, but, bots ruined a ton of web sites, and we try our best to keep this site free of bots.
