Map upload fails

I got a 500 error trying to add my map. Is this feature working?

Yes but blocking inbound connections, shouldn't stop outbound data uploads.
Or is there something more complicated than a file upload going on?

Who manages the moderation of map uploads? I don't know if my file was successfully submitted or not. Should I try again?

I am not an expert....try to switch off the firewall.

Where is your thread for the map & the files in question?
