I want to ask, why the developers
update the
NTW mod for the
warzone 3.1.1? Btw the mod only work with older versions of warzone

I think the developers just stopped.
or they got lazy.
Saddly we can't (for now?) download the older versions, but you can ask the WZ team (HAIL!) to give you one, and i guess they will.

No, it was developed by a team, probably the community picked up on it too, but, it sorta died down.
