Automake 1.13.3 works on Ubuntu 13.10 64bit

NOTE
Building with automake 1.12 or newer is broken at the moment (see http://developer.wz2100.net/ticket/3538), please use 1.11 instead.
Is not true anymore.
Installed dependencies with:
apt-get build-dep warzone2100
then:
./autogen.sh && ./configure && make
Maybe you should update the compile guide
