I am totally flabbergasted.

Totally. Why?

A game this complex, and nowhere can I find a tech tree in this kind of form for 3.1?

I've found a lot of broken links to tech trees - a LOT - but no working links to a tech tree. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

This is a community driven site, and we rely on the community to fix things.
