Why? Because that out of my jurisdiction, dad has to do this. He pays the bills, only he can open the ports needed!

Just wanted to tell you this because, he changed the default user and pass for the default gateway we are under. No, that doesn't apply to everyone with a Linksys E3000, just the local connectivity.

Not my jurisdiction, but ... why don't you ask him?
That's usually easier than things some others have to do, like asking their ISP to provide at least a dynamic IP address

One solution would be to get him hooked on the game.

Another would be to discuss the implications of forwarding that particular port with him.
