are we worried, though, that people might think it says "wz100"?

a slight modification might yield the below, but wouldn't have that same confusion (though i do suppose they might think the 2 is a 7). just a thought. anyways, great work

Can you create PNGs of them? (Or do you only have those JPEGs and no uncompressed BMP or similar you could create a PNG from?)

What did you use as the background for your latest pic? Looks like some kind of rock-texture...

* Lovely design work, Terminator. It honors the basic "form serving function" neatly.

* At fisrt I did have the same concern as Kage... but I'm sure your artistry is up to minimizing any potential confusion - ie WZ100, etc.

Its takes 3 min of my time... I just forgot about this Idia so to refresh it I done this pic. Basicly this is a New WZ2100 logo.. It still in desining, so dont be so cruel 8)

Yes I agree its like wz100 or w7100 at first look.. I will fix that in next version. ::)

About textures I made this in 3dMax using standart 3dsMax textures(metal with somethink else).. I can make it any size or format and view, so Dev if you realy need post here or send private mess.


P.S. : 3DsMax is Power  ;D

Uber cool!

If you could wrap these images into 1024x1024 resolution, it would be nice.
Resize the image to 4:3 format (1024x768 is probably best for this purpose), while leaving the image proportions intact and just filling the addition blank parts with your background color and then scaling that to 1024x1024, not keeping the proportions intact.
I will create a mockup of this soon.

I used non power of 2 sized textures... The new images you provided (1024x1024) work.
But still the backdrop renderer code looks a bit shitty. (Your work is really cool, it's just the sourcecode that looks crappy.)

Textures and PNG backdrop loader are in SVN, r717.
