why do they make a new project when there are no files?

Dunno. I can only speak to the existence of these. And as for the change of heart about finally putting them up - dunno about that 'cause he never saw fit to address it. Personally, I think it's a shame. Not putting them up - and the behavior attatched to it in this last round. Rather abhorent, imho. But, so it goes in this medium where accountability is generally given short shrift and conduct unbecoming is an alien concept as in - "What that ?" Then again those are the tradeoffs in the TANSTAAFL equation. Rarely is there not some coin of the realm and it doesn't have to be lucre.

Probably because I have not released any files. You can compile from SVN but there are not any major changes yet. So, a file release.. when I get to it. As far as the work from Chojun.. anyone know who else had a copy of it that we can get it from? Rman??
