I don't think the uninstall is working correctly since I tried it reinstalled beta 6 and it still says it was modified when I didn't modify anything so what triggers this

The "modified locally" part? That's added on build time, have to see how to get rid of that.

If we are on topic of Windows installer, I would like option (check boxes) to select if I want icon on desktop, quick launch (I don't know if it is used beyond XP...) and Start menu (which they will replace in 8).

We're able to design units without a command center again.
I still seriously hope it isn't a feature.

Not a problem for XP, and I agree, it would be nice

Also, it'd be nice if it installed in the start menu in the same place it says it will. #3191

@NoQ: setDesign() based on presence of HQ is defined in rules.js -- so if that's not working it might be bug in JS API also...
