+4 left. Call all the best stars! It's 1st and last public tournament in WZ resurection project history, it's far from perfection cause of set on non-expierenced players but still it's something. I'm visiting forum everyday. War WILL happen.

Re: WZ cup 2011
Great initiative .. i'be been thinking about it and did small tournament before (only 4 players)
i'm in. and i agree that map should be released only when all participants are ready and have equal time to practice and study it. this is no joke; it's war!!
if you don't succeed in getting 23 players, you might also consider double games on two or several maps. there are already few good maps, notably snowbridge which is my favorite in terms of balance and terrain, and possibilities of strategy.
certainly must be t1 and no bases. performance, speed, time management, and operation of units, is essential part of skill.
we can also allow different variations of 1v1, 2v2, and 4v4 games. in this case, players must know their colleagues in advance and discuss their strategy together before the war. this is going to be real teamwork, with a prepared plan, something that i never experienced before in wz also it's possible. i really wish to play a game with team members after we discuss strategy on a certain map. that could be a part of the experience.
once more, this is really nice initiative; i'm certainly in, and please let me know if you need any help with the organizational process. you can actually make a teamwork of volunteers to help one another make this happen. i guess the main difficulty would be to get all participants to know one another.
let me know if i can be of help
