kicking isn't disabled, and this isn't fixed. Had this problem with beta9.

Again, it's been fixed in beta 10. Please be patient; our current plans are to release beta 10 sometime this weekend.

Sorry about that, I misread and thought it was supposed to be fixed for 9. My bad. Teach me to read problem threads at 3am and not reread later before replying.
