Ok thanks, both you and Vexed say the same thing and I'm off on some tangent. Some of these players have the highest scores with bad rendering. I was relating bad rendering with low FPS and my experience with earlier versions of Warzone using qt as in those versions it effected my game play. I will no longer ask them their FPS as now I have to assume bad rendering does not relate to low FPS. Yes there were a lot of projectiles in the game, but the Zzz came long before any of them fired and killed me. I do not think I was getting the Zzz when the projectiles were firing, I will pay more attention to projectiles and which type in the future.

With ver 3.1 I have refrained from filtering out players with the Zzz because 3.1 is still beta and graphic cards are easy to install, but I think I need to just do it because I want a more fluid game.
