If it is as serious as this one and a fix is provided then yes. (Serious enough to cause 4 people to go to this site and report their problem within a rather short amount of time).

I wouldn't bother with 2.0.7.x stuff, just call it 2.0.8 (but that's just my opinion). Anyway, what's wrong with releasing a new version that fixes a bug (the more serious the bug, the faster the fix should be released)? It's not bad to have frequent releases - remember: "release early, release often" (could be applied to the trunk as well, but that's another discussion, and I won't write anything more about that here) to show people the project is active, and to get some more publicity.
