Maybe there isn't any feedback, but if you'll notice how many times your maps have been downloaded, it's quite a good number of them. So it's possible that they are using your map but they don't like talking on the forum.
Another way to make your maps popular? Host regular games with your maps.

But.. arent you afraid of the fact that you have made all cliffs even the tallest ones passable ??
As a result any truck, in this case probably hoover truck will have gread speed untill it reaaches the cliff, and then it will be slowly.. try to reach the top of the cliff.. the higher the cliff will be like in the centre here, the more it will take it to climb.. also the wheel trucks will move to the edge of the cliff and stand in strange hangged position..
I see also that you have made very rare trick with elevating the water level at the edges of the square islands.. water being elevated looks like waterfall.. but does it look good ??
The idea of the map is very good
Maybe it is time to start using some features ??

This map was really fun to play on. Just had a game on it earlier today. Needs very interesting tactics. (Tip: Hover research essential)

IMO this is a good feature, it makes possible many different strategies.

BrickTop is one of the most active online players, and he's also really really good. I'm pretty sure that he's doing it to test unexplored strategies rather than feature-stuffed maps.
However I will add here that maybe you could ask him if you could modify his maps to look more feature filled? You seem to like his ideas anyhow. So his ideas, and your mapping skills = Win-Win
