they should have mines in this game and u need a special kind of units to place and retreve and tofind hidden mines in the ground plus there should be upgrade for the plasma cannon and they should add that to vtol too :lol2:

wee need mines and stuff like cars trucks satelites that shoot mini lasers at units not satelite strikes like smaller ones that charge fast.

Im sure they're already available i think in the NTW mod (correct me if im wrong though) and there was a cyborg unit to disarm them aswell.

i got an idea for the singleplayer campaign as there is something amiss with the cinematics, i.e. the voice of the collective's transmissions, in the PSX version it has this robotic reverb quality to it that really suits their faction maybe we could add that to the base videos

Radar and radar range theme

Hi All!

I like this game, this is one of the best RTS. Many Many Thanks for All Developers. :wink:

There is some little things in the game, which is missing or not rational.

1. The wide range radar range is not to long, is very similar like normal radar.

2. The global radar researching time is very to close to Wide Range Radar researching time.

3. The radar's range not depends from its geographic position.

4. A range marking circle could be good idea. (like in M.A.X. or Total Annihilation)

5. An AWACs aircraft could be nice.

6. A radar jammer unit could be excellent.

General remarks

1. Many kind of vehicle's body is not rational. There is a lot but only some of them are useful.

2. There are no very strong engines and I can't use bigger bodies as I wish.

3. A "Tesla Tower" like in CC could be useful. :lol2:

4. There's no command option for the defending structures, like Hold fire.

5. An attack helicopter could be nice.

6. A different technology base could be good, like in Dark Colony or CC.

7. An A-Bomb option could be useful. :3

8. The laser based units are very slow.

9. There is no good solution for Fighter Aircraft. (too slow engines are suitable for bombers only).

Rman Virgil is right, I won't comment all propositions.

But just the first about wide spectrum radar : It's the spectrum that is wide not the range which is just a bit bigger to reflect advancement in technologies(?) . The big deal with that radar is because it replace all the others detectors.

the Satellite Uplink Center do no obsolet the wide spectrum radar at all. It give players the whole vision of the battle field, but it doesn't provide any tageting ability.

I think the game should have a rotate function.

IF there is such a thing as rotate in game already please tell me how to rotate things.
