Use the truck and demolish all the Cyborg factories, the enemy is hiding in one of them
that is a clue right there. you HAVE to delete all buildings and units to be declared winner. fail to do so and you have the above discussion. ya know, ya all should read the manual... ooops sorry... i said read.... wont happen again...

I hate when the V.T.O.Ls land inside buildings, its funny though too.
Once i had a V.T.O.L land inside an enemy factory (normal, not cyborg), and wondered where the hell one of my bomber V.T.O.Ls went, till i blew up the factory and was randomly sitting there...
