Assault gun does 20 damage base, 60 fully upgraded...

Assault cannon does 40 damage base, 130 fully upgraded...

Assault gun may have higher DPS against an unarmored target, but most targets are heavily armored, nullifying its advantage. Plus, Assault cannon has better multipliers against everything except cyborgs and bunkers.

I still don't like the assault cannon.

Well, I do find it pretty useless. Heavy cannon fires just as fast later on and is more powerful =]

I guess, but Twin Assault Cannon really is a lot more powerful than Heavy Cannon, in my testing...

Yeah that was pretty nifty. Almost like a new twin machinegun.

Help how do you make an aircraft???????? like an airplane fighter or something

Ummm... VTOL propulsion on any body, plus any VTOL weapon, and you use a VTOL Factory in combination with Rearming Pads to make aircraft.

If you build no rearming pads, your aircraft are single-use.
