Once we drop a packet, the game can *never* sync back up. It will always be (at least) 1 frame behind, and the more dropped packets, the worse it gets.
Then add the framerate cap (set to 45 fps for MP games), if the systems are running at different speeds, it gets messier & messier...
That is why, sometimes you see the health bars going up/down so fast... (among other things)
We need a rewrite of the rewrite of the rewrite, of the rewrite!
