Not addicted, but I love it because of constant bug fixes, upgrades, etc.
Thanks Devs! And other contributors.

Especially the Void between the ears of people who think that No VTOL is a good idea, and won't lead to arty wars. I've won one, and I have to say: I hated it.

After playing Star Craft for so long, thinking its the best RTS ever, I've found this game. Well, I think the only thing in common between the two games is the ability to select a few units and order them to go somewhere...

But now I've completely forgot I liked SC.. This game made me realize what I really like about these games:
Design my own units according to my own needs and curiosity. I'm still pretty vage on the research tree and the pro's and con's of all the design types (body, propulsion, turret) but exploring it and finding it and loosing missions just to try them again with different devices... it's fun!
Design and building my own structures. They are always different. I'm always trying something new.
Design strategies. I know now that a good game must be won with a strategy, not just a big army. I'm not so good in this too :) but it is so fun to explore, and find and think... like chess, I think. but against AI.

Unit experience finally gave me a reason to protect units at all costs, not just because I don't like loosing fire power, but especially to get them promoted. Sacreficing a low ranked unit to save a higher one is something I do all the time.

Oh, and the sexy woman voice that is telling me that "Research Complete!!" :)

I first found the game back when i was a kid on a demo disk from Playstation Magazine. I tried it and fell in love with it. Then, one day at the local rental place, there it was, for sale. It was fate. I bought the game and played it whenever I could. But as new systems and games came out, I forgot about it until recently. The only problem was we no longer had a PS1 and my brother took the PS2 to college. I first tried out a PS emulator for the computer, but the controls were really crappy. Then I found this place. I remember finding it before and trying to download it, only for it to fail. But I got it to work this time around, thanks to some help from Zarel. And now I'm under a feeling of nostalgic bliss.
