Translation: About words and their meaning
Re: Are you translating warzone to your language?
"Place Features on map"
Could someone please tell me what a "feature" is?
Also:
Is Kinetic Armor basically the same thing as just Armor?

features are things like rocks / buildings (scav) / buildings ( city, demolished) , vehicles (destroyed or on side). ok?
yes. kinetic = discarding sabot or H.E shot.... etc.

Translation:
Is "armored hardpoint" the only type of hardpoint?
also:
Collective Heavy Body
More armor and body points than Python
Slower than Python
High power costs and slow to produce
Here, what does "collective" mean?

Well, I mean, those buildings all seemed abandoned to me, and they don't blow up when you destroy scav bases, etc...lav_coyote25 wrote:those single story brown thingys with the roofs and door... scav structures. yes they are. not the other buildings that scavs use. just look in the feature listings. geez.
Re: Are you translating warzone to your language?
This is what is written on the Translation wiki page.Currently, the total string length for unit names cannot exceed 60 bytes. If it does, it will be cut off. Increasing this limit would require breaking savegames, so for now make sure your translations stay below this limit.
By "unit names," do they refer to the cataloged phrases in the gettext files, or only the names of objects(or units) in the game?

It is a name of a campaign faction, so leave it as it is.urgood2 wrote:Here, what does "collective" mean?

A question:
When you select a tank, appears a message at the top-left of the screen that says the name and some stats.
The last stat, the rang, does not appear translated to me although I have translated them long time ago.
That is:
Rookie, Green, Trained, Regular, Professional, Veteran, Elite, Special, Hero.
Does anybody have the same problem?
