using web application framework?

Post by Ezio »

is there any other reason why we aren't using it? (other than no one doing it)
since it would be a lot easier to improve

It is not required to improve it. ;-)
The main (and maybe the only) thing that could be improved there is design.

No, I really hate when site weights more than 100 KB. ;-)

no, for me design should be same but it should be easier if someone wants to improve it since it's object oriented

Sites like C&C and SC2's websites are a bit heavy, and geared toward advertizing/marketing. That kind of setup won't really benefit WZ as much as the investment, I think.

I have no idea to what framework you refer but I would suggest forking https://github.com/Warzone2100/wz2100.net and working on that if you think you can bring in improvements.
