Are you going to have a Tropical Rainforest tileset? These really fit one, and look undeniably amazing.

You know, I've dreamed with warzone using those textures, with Colditz' structures, AR models, Teamcolored structures, and bump-map. Seriously, I woke up and ran to the computer, when I realized it was a dream :stressed:
But it lookd very nice, nevertheless. ;)
And it is hopefully happening in the future ;)

The first picture is a close up of a rock I found at the beach. xD

Yeah - the moss growing in the stones is really similar to what we've got in protected preservation areas of rainforest, here in Brazil: The high humity levels in the air and frequent shade from the trees make the ideal place for them.

I recorded a video of the sexy textures in-game.

Teasing is fun!

I realize that I'm not the first to show the new textures in motion though :]

The all new textures are my own. I've made them by using some texture generators, photoshop and pain.net :)
I used the trunk version with 10014 revision.

Please stop. This is too awesome... :)

Just a note - would the last picture look better of the cracks were smaller? as in scaled-down... They are quite humongous now compared to the units (corrections welcome)

I've tried to scale them down by 4x but it looks ugly. it's a cliffs, it's not a cracked earth. :-)
I will get a cracked earth texture the same way(but scale down) for the "mud" terrain type. (Arizona)

Sorry but that isn't working either, the side loads and I can get the thumbnail (which looks promising) but when it tries to load the actual image I get a database error.

Try using Imageshack, Imagebanana or some other *reliable* image host. That should do the trick.
