Does anyone know where the nexus comms video is located on the cd? I've got the 2 cd edition and can't find it on the second disc where it should be. I suppose it's name should be "nexstart.rpl"
Kinda difficult to model the thing when i don't have the original :p

I ve got an awful lot of work at school right now and final fantasy XII has just been released here in belgium so i don't have a lot of time at the moment. I ve started modelling NEXUS comms yesterday but not finished yet. I'll upload as soon as it's ready.

If someone hasnt already (I didnt bother to read the entire post) I could watch slave over the original movies and write a screenplay type thing so when people finally do get around to making them they would be (somewhat) accurate. PM me if I'm needed.

Very nice.

excellent...  :o ;D

Looks nice indeed. You might however want to try a different codec or a lower compression level.

you're absolutely right but this are just test renders so i try to keep file size under 2 MB and use the standard cinepak codec.

Damn, i ve been tying to model the collective hand for hours but it just doesn't look like the real thing. It looks pretty human which is pretty cool but not at all what i tried :s. I think I'm gonna try to replace the hands with some sort of cylinder. If i don't like the result i can still try the hand again but it's a pain :s

Well I'd say there's no need to stick to the original collective logo as an exact replica. So please be assured that you are artistically free to do what you want here.

Yeah! I got ogg/theora playback working inside Warzone :D
It is really alpha stage, but already looks really fancy.

Those movies look even cooler when you watch them from within Warzone!

Hatsjoe: Could you create ogg/theora/vorbis movies from these?

It would also be really nice to have a warzone logo movie, that we can show just after you start the game.
