well... as for me I hate maps like teamwar or similar where near base 50 oil derecs & you just build max structures you can build & make an breakable defence...thousands rowls of defence & something like that > Its sucks.
But maps like Ariza, Aurora that look great & "real like" terran, oil balanced over all map so you need to find & capture area with controling resourses, & so on. > This is warzone. This is not that who will faster "built up his base" or produce 100 or more guss cannons or "Ultimate" weapon.

Adaptation,control area, manage resources,... this is features that every good map should have.

do recall more things like twin machineguns, lancers and heavy cannon doh on that map

guess we could vote on putting maps into version 2.1 with 75+% saying yes the pass

Indeed; Maps like teamwar requires totally other tactics. I'm not saying I like the teamwar tactics more, Its just that diversity always makes a game last longer. Compare it to game modes such as Capture the flag and king of the hill.

And i REALLY liked the Ariza map, test-fired my first WZCK tactical nuke on it....

It really irritates me when people make any maps in any games that are just flat or unrealistic - rolling hills, cliffs and REAL terrain really adds that little bit extra to any RTS/RTT game

Converted 3 MEGA maps =). They compatible with 2.2.x (I tested on 2.2.3):
Aurora
Ariza
Ariza2
(dont realy know What is the difference of 1st & 2nd Ariza but I've made them both)
