It took me ages to find where the Warzone 2100 screenshots (taken by presing F10) are saved in Linux so I thought I would post the location here so those searching for info on where the screenshots are can find them.
In Linux / Ubuntu there are in
/home/<user>/.local/share/warzone2100/
Where <user> is your username
