Art revolution mod

Post by Silvervulff »

I have returned to Warzone 2100 after many years, running most recent version fine. I downloaded the latest Art revolution mod and got it working by creating the autoload folder, but now find some animations are not working - Oil Derrick producing power but not moving, Cyborg legs not moving -. Any advice appreciated.

There is a new animation system in the game...

If you need examples look at the oil derrick pie file.

Thanks for responding..I can't claim to understand fully what the info in the link means. I understand that the system has changed, but not sure if there's something I need to do to fix it within PIE file? I'm not too bothered tbh anyway...Just wondered if it was a glitch within the ARmod.

@Berg
Does Simplipie fix this? Or do we need to manually edit the pie files to fix the animation?

You put a TAR file inside a Gzip file with .wz extension.
Are you sure everything works correctly? I failed to apply your mod.
The mod also contained 3 useless files named Thumbs.db.

A corrected version of the AR mod is available here.

- Factory fans don't spin or have steam effect.
- Super cyborgs have their original non-weapon arm visible.

Both previous Berg's archive and forgon's archive "work". In the new challenge the bots don't do anything but build base.

The animations was not included in ARmod that animation was done by me for the warzone models.
I cant modify AR models to achieve this.
