All major player should be able to play Ogg/Vorbis files.
My favorite one for windows is http://www.foobar2000.org/

Adobe Audition is my editor of choice (and has been for many years -- even back in the Cool Edit Pro days). It's worth it if you have the $.

Well, i've downloaded the foobar2000 at the following link: http://www.foobar2000.org/

But there's a little problem:

When i go to convert some file(MP3, WAV, etc) to OGG format, open a new window saying "Please locate oggenc.exe, i didn't find it, where i can find and download this "oggenc.exe"???

I'd recommend Audacity. I think it should come with all relevant libs and stuff.

Lots to pick from. Most are free, some are not.

Audacity and Foobar2000 are my better choice for me, but i'm impressed with the Audacity.

Thanks guys ;)

Later, i'll post a mod containing new weapons sounds.

Cheers :)
